		Trim Assembly Carpet Install. Unified Industries works closely with articulating arm and manipulator manufacturers. This enables us to custom design a complete turnkey system from start to finish, including design, manufacturing, installation, and after-the-sale service to assure a trouble-free system. This combination double-girder ETA-4 Bridge Crane on ETA-8 runways, included design, manufacture and installation.

		Axle Build Area. When excessive spans are required, don't count out Unified Industries' ETA-X enclosed aluminum rail and bridge systems. With the addition of a third runway rail in the center of the bridge spans, increased spans are achieved without compromising the smooth and easy operation of the system. Unified's ETA-X allows for loads 35% greater than standard ETA-8 rail systems.

		Final Assembly Electrical Check. Unified Industries ETA-4 Enclosed Aluminum Rail is ideal for use as tool rail to hold testing consoles, miscellaneous air and electrical fastening tools as well as parts bins. When long, continuous runs are required, maintenance and inspection gates can be added to aid in the removal or addition of trolleys and equipment. ETA-4 rail gives you increased load ratings compared to similar applied products on the market.

		Front End Sub-Assembly When retractable or telescoping bridge extensions are required, Unified Industries is your supplier of choice. Unified Industries manufactures a wide variety of "telescoping" or retractable bridge crane extensions in varying capacities and lengths. ETA-X, with its integral reinforcing webs, creates an automatic anti-kickup system and a smooth, true telescoping operation.

		Front End Fascia Install This dual girder ETA-8 bridge and runway system allows the operator to easily handle the massive tooling load. These ergonomic interface applications are a core competency of our business.

		Rear Hitch Install Awkward loads are handled with this air-driven dual girder ETA-8 bridge system. The free-wheeling air drive allows the operator to throttle the air for precise decking. Moving difficult heavy loads precisely is a challenge we regularly solve.

		Backlite Install When a large area of coverage is required, ETA-8 or ETA-X can satisfy the requirement. With rail lengths up to 42'-0", this dual girder tri-runway system provides maximum coverage.

		Frame Build This heavy-duty application in a truck plant required a heavy-duty rail system. Unified developed this tri-runway patented rail bridge system. Our patented rail systems can handle loads up to 20,000 lbs.


		Patent Rail Engine Tooling Turntable This patent rail, air operated turntable was custom built to handle engine tooling transfers more safely and efficiently. At Unified, there is no compromise on safety when designing for efficient process solutions.

		Unified Patent Rail Cranes Long accepted as the industry benchmark, Unified Patent Rail Cranes and Trolleys are the products on which our reputation was built. These heavy duty cranes are typically motorized in all three axis. The first crane assembly is shown using an enclosed conductor set-up, while the second utilizes an open conductor system. The durability of these cranes is made possible by the use of a high carbon steel track joined to a structural beam. This is the process known as "Patent Rail".



		Inverted and Overhead Power & Free Components In addition to Unified's standard rail systems, we also fabricate many different track sections. In addition to the Power & Free components shown, we fabricate flat-top, CC-5 track, skillet track and specialty transfer sections. All of our welders must maintain a 6G certification or they cannot weld these critical sections.

		Phosphate Carriers Carrier fabrication is another specialty service provided by Unified Industries. We can fabricate large body carriers like the side-C carrier shown (left), or your smaller requirements like door, fascia, seat or engine carriers. All of our welders and inspectors must follow Unified's stringent carrier fabrication procedure.

		Body Grab Carrier An example of a smaller carrier is this Pilot Plant adjustable, plastic coated Body Grab Carrier. Flexibility and part protection were the customer requirements in this design.

		I.P.F. Trim Carriers These I.P.F. Trim Carriers were supplied to Dearborn Mid-West Conveyor for the DaimlerChrysler, Toledo Jeep South Assembly Plant. This plant is slated to produce the new JK Wrangler beginning in summer 06. To assure accuracy, Unified carriers are inspected with the latest in Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) technology.

		Skillet Track Sections Expanding upon Unified's expertise in track fabrication, these skillet tracks were supplied as part of a new automotive assembly line. Skillet systems are one of the new conveying technologies being integrated into the Automotive Final Assembly Process.
